How It Works When You Call Us

A lot of people immediately want to know how it works when they need some towing services and they give us a call.  From a procedural perspective, it’s not too complicated.  Unfortunately, most people don’t know the process before they need towing.  Usually people need tow truck services or roadside assistance because of something unexpected.  Certainly no one wants to anticipate a flat tire or running out of gas.  Having said all of this, we thought we’d give a quick run down of what happens when you have that unfortunate event happen and you need someone like us to help you out.

The first piece of advice we would give is for you not to panic.  We are always available, and there hasn’t been a situation that has come up that we haven’t been able to fix.  It’s no fun if you have some place that you have to go to and you have something happen to you.  Whatever the case may be, we will calm you down and make sure everything gets fixed as quickly as possible.

After realizing you should stay calm, simply give us a call.  We will talk through your situation and let you know exactly how things will go and how much we estimate everything will cost.  We try to be as transparent as possible, so what our estimate is usually ends up being very close if not exactly what the ultimate cost will be.

If you want us to, we will quickly send someone out to your location.  Our driver will quickly analyze your situation and then help get your situation fixed.  If you need a jump start, we’ll get that done very quickly.  If you have a flat tire, we’ll have you fixed in no time.  If you need a tow, then we’ll get that done quickly as well.

From there, we’ll take you to wherever you need to go.  The process is really that simple.  The key is that you should always remain calm and trust that we are as honest and transparent as we possibly can be.
