A lot of people want to know more information about what exactly we do and in what situations with their car we can help them out.  Because we have received so many questions about this, we thought we would put together some example situations where we have helped people out in the past.

Flat Tire

This is a very common situation.  A lot of people don’t ever check their tire pressure on any sort of consistent basis.  As a result, flat tires are just inevitable for many different drivers.  Some people also just accidentally drive over something that causes them to have a flat tire.  Whatever the case may be, we can help people fix their flat tires for them if they don’t know how.  If you aren’t 100% sure how to fix the situation yourself, then you should definitely just give us a call so you don’t make the matter much worse than it already is.

Jump Start

People have their car battery die all the time.  There was one particular winter where this one person’s car battery died on three separate situations.  That is not entirely uncommon, believe it or not.  What we don’t want to see happen is someone try to jump start their car battery themselves only to see them put the wrong end on the wrong place.  That blows up the engine and makes a small matter a big issue.  If you ever need a jump start, give us a call.  We can come out to where you are very quickly and we’ll get you back out on the road in no time.

Car Break Down

If your car breaks down totally, then there’s not much you can do about it.  When a dire circumstance strikes you like that, give us a call.  We’ll send a truck out to get you and tow you away right away.

You Just Need A Tow

Sometimes you’ll find someone parked in front of a fire hydrant or blocking someone’s driveway.  If that is the case, then you can give us a call and we’d be happy to tow the vehicle away.
